Caitlyn Cramer
I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy—drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based frameworks to meet each person’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full, authentic self.
I specialize in working with addiction and recovery, men’s mental health, anxiety, aggression, and anger management. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who have experienced incarceration or involvement with the justice system, as well as professionals working in these environments who may face high stress and emotional demands. Having personal experience within these settings, I understand both their challenges and the resilience they can foster.
I believe every person has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth, and I’m committed to helping you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and move toward your fullest potential. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan University.
