I work with clients to help them assess their life as a whole to establish their needs, wants and wishes free of judgment or shame. I believe in the importance of helping clients develop and utilize a tool kit to manage life’s transitions and challenges. Today, I primarily work with clients facing anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight of past trauma or present-day stressors.
