Ally DeFelice
I am a MA licensed therapist, with over 12 years of experience. I previously worked for a local crisis team and now run my own private practice. I graduated from Salem State University with my masters in 2012. I also completed a licensure program in school counseling.
My main treatment areas are depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life changes, stress, and relationship concerns.
My practice includes long-term supportive and insight-oriented therapy, as well as short-term solution-focused therapy and techniques of CBT.
My therapeutic style is warm and active. I want you to feel supported, comfortable, and appropriately challenged in order for you to make meaningful changes in your life.
My intent is to create a safe space where we can work together to address the issues you are facing, improve understanding of yourself, and help you feel less stuck in existing patterns.
